Thanksgiving was very fun. We spent it in Sigurd, UT with the Bastian's. Bob and I did a little Black Friday shopping. Something I look forward to every year. It is a fun date with breakfast and I love the crazy excitement and energy involved with the day. It took me 2 weeks to finally get all the Christmas decorations up, but they are up now and we are
almost ready for Christmas. The kids are very excited for the upcoming holidays and especially a 2 week break for Christmas. We have been to the Layton Christmas lights with Santa, hot cocoa, and cookies on a very, very cold night. We went up AF canyon to Mutual Dell to make Gingerbread houses and enjoy the season with treats and Christmas movies with the Hones. We found out the tires on the van were bare because Bob spun out and slid up on the curb denting the frame and breaking the hub cap of one tire. They were blessed to be safe, and Bob took a trip to the Tire Store. So at Christmas time we got to dump another $400 down for tires. However they work really well now and with all the snow we have gotten lately it has been great. We had our Ward Christmas party on Saturday with a huge breakfast and a nativity by the Primary kids. A busy yet fun, "Most wonderful time of the year".
